An Eau Claire man has once again been named on Forbes list of the richest people in the world.

An Eau Claire man has once again been named on Forbes list of the richest people in the world.
John Menard Jr. tied with six others as the 136th richest person, with a net worth of $5.5 billion. For the first time in three years, Bill Gates was bumped off first place and is now in second with $53 billion. He was replaced by Mexican tycoon, Carlos Slim Helu, whose fortune is estimated at $53.5 billion. Warren Buffet is in third place with $47 billion.
