An Eau Claire man is charged after police arrested him for stalking and running from officers.

An Eau Claire man is charged after police arrested him for stalking and running from officers.
Officers arrested 51-year-old Daniel Tolene about a week ago after a woman said he had been pulling in and out of her driveway and honking numerous times. The criminal complaint shows Tolene swore at a Lake Hallie police officer that pulled him over and then he drove off. Officers then chased Tolene, tased him and took him into custody.
