It's almost that time of year again to spring your clocks forward an hour.
Daylight Saving Time begins early Sunday morning. Moving to Daylight Saving Time helps save energy by allowing for more sunlit hours in the evening. Daylight Saving Time was first established in the U.S. during World War I.
Firefighters recommend you change out the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors when you change your clocks too.
