Grengs London Theater Expansion

The Grengs London Theater will soon be under construction, after receiving approval from City Council earlier this week to reduce the setback requirement from Highway 93.
Current zoning requirements have the setback at 50', but the theater, along with other new businesses in the area, now have 15' requirements.

The project will add a new auditorium with stadium seating and will renovate the existing auditoriums to add stadium seating.

The price tag is expected to be up to three-quarters of a million dollars.

"We'll get the bids out next week, the blue prints are coming in this week and hopefully, construction will start in August," said theater owner Gene Grengs.

Grengs is hoping to have the new auditorium up and running before Thanksgiving before the holiday blockbusters.
