13 Hudson Graduates Appear in St. Croix County Court

13 recent Hudson High School graduates accused of vandalizing schools around the area made their inital appearance in St. Croix County Court Wednesday.

The suspects face felony charges for the damage at New Richmond and Hudson High Schools. Some of them have also been charged for damage in Eau Claire and Menomonie.

The criminal complaint says Ben Luehers bought more than 20 cans of spray paint and divied up assignments among the others.
Investigators say he bought blue and gold spray paint to to try to make it look like someone from River Falls did it.

The judge set a $1,000 bond for each of the men, and they aren't allowed to set foot on any of the school grounds.
