Man accused of opening fire and driving off pleads guilty
A 20-year-old accused of opening fire on a home and then driving off pleaded guilty in court Friday.

A 20-year-old accused of opening fire on a home and then driving off pleaded guilty in court Friday.
A charge of first degree recklessly endangering safety against James Hutter of Durand was dismissed in Dunn County court. Hutter pleaded guilty to discharge of a firearm.
In November, a woman from Rock Creek says she was inside her home when a car full of people opened fire, then drove off. Investigators found several places where the shots hit walls and say one bullet went through a window. Deputies arrested three other people for their involvement.
