"The 9/11 Commission Report" Book Sales High

The publisher of the September 11 Commission Report has announced that after less than a week, the book will go into a second printing.

The book hit shelves last Thursday and according to publisher W. W. Norton, it sold 350,000 copies before the weekend is over.

The $10, 567 page book details the bi-partisan committee investigation into the September 11th terror attacks.

At Borders in Eau Claire, manager Mark Diers says as of Tuesday morning, they've sold 90 percent of the stock they've received.

"Right now, our headquarters is scrambling frantically to get more stock for all the stores," says Diers. "Every store in the company is running very low on it."

Publishing experts say the sales figure is unprecedented for a government report.
