Detention Officer Charged in Internet Crime
A former Winona County Detention Officer was arrested Thursday.

A Winona County Detention Officer is accused of breaking the law he's supposed to uphold.

Nathan Dobblemann is charged with soliciting a child to engage in sexual conduct and sending obscene material over the internet.

Police say he was arrested last Thursday after officers searched his home. They took a computer and other electronic equipment. Dobbelmann has been placed on administrative leave with pay. He's worked as a full-time detention deputy for Winona County for two and a-half years.
