Members of the UW-Eau Claire community are being asked to share their ideas on planning a new education building at the campus.
The Education Building Committee hosted a discussion about sustainable practices such as siting, designing furnishings and operation of the building Wednesday in Davies Center. The new building would be the first fully state-funded building to be constructed at UW-Eau Claire since the Human Sciences and Services Building in 1982.
The project is estimated to cost $44.5 million dollars. Funding must be included in the 2011-2013 budget for the project to proceed.
