Pederson Elementary School officials are still trying to raise money for their new handicap accessible playground.
The playground arrived in boxes on Friday, with volunteers from the Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association waiting to put it together.
The structure features ramps, large platforms, and a solid rubber surface. Principal Chelsea Engen says anyone with disabilities will be able to maneuver on the new structure.
She says $9,000 is still needed for the $105,000 project.
Donations can be mailed or dropped off at the school.
