Mazda Dealer May Hire Chippewa Ford Employees Save Email Print

Some out of work Chippewa Ford employees may have a chance to get back into the car industry.

The General Manager at Morries Chippewa Valley Mazda says business is expanding there and Morries wants to offer some former Chippewa Ford employees’ a job.

Last week Chippewa Ford Lincoln Mercury shut down suddenly, part of what Ford calls a nationwide "right-sizing."

We asked the general manager of Morrie's Chippewa Valley Mazda says if it is a potential buyer for Chippewa Ford. The GM, Bill Bertrand says he's under a confidentiality agreement and can't make any comment for a week to 10 days.

Its about time somebody reputable stood up and took action. They are expanding because of there way of doing business. I hope they hire them all. What an unfair ordeal.
