Absentee ballots being mailed out for elections

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) -- Eau Claire city workers began mailing out absentee ballots Thursday for people who meet certain conditions.
The Wisconsin National Guard says military and permanent overseas voters can also request absentee ballots online beginning Thursday.
In-person absentee voting starts October 22nd and runs through November 2nd, Mondays through Fridays.
