(WEAU) - The Wisconsin Lottery has topped their all-time sales record set just last year.
It says the lottery had over $565 million in sales this fiscal year, which ends June 30th. This year’s sales were $18 million more than last years, with sales up in both the instant scratch tickets and lotto tickets.
With the sales generated this year, the state says it was able to give $160 million in funding for property tax credits.
More than $329 million in prizes were paid this year, with 13 players winning a million dollars or more.
