As of 8 p.m. one left lane on the eastbound side was still blocked. Trooper pictures show two torn up semi trailers, with one trailer having charring from what appears to have been a fire. Troopers haven't said if there are injuries or what caused it. Our crew who went to the scene says the traffic was backed up for miles as crews detoured vehicles around the scene.

Troopers say traffic should exit at WIS 54, West on WIS 54 to US 12, South on US 12, and East County O back to I-94 EB.
