BARRON COUNTY, Wis. (WEAU) The three people facing first degree homicide charges in connection with the death of a Barron County man have been bound over for trial.

Trista Hrabak, Robert McBain, and Ian Skjerly were all in court on charges following the murder of Dan Raven, 33.

Monday a judge found probable cause in the case.

The Barron County Sheriff's Fepartment says Hraback plotted the murder of her ex-husband.

Her boyfriend, Skjerly, pulled the trigger.

McBain drove and also helped plan it.

On March 10th, Raven's girlfriend found him dead at his house with two gunshot wounds.

If convicted, the three face life in prison.

They're due back in court next month.
