Billings wins 95th Assembly special election
Democratic La Crosse County Board Member Jill Billings has beaten Republican Businessman David Drewes in the 95th Assembly District race.

(WEAU) - Democratic La Crosse County Board Member Jill Billings has beaten Republican Businessman David Drewes in the 95th Assembly District race.
Billings won with 72%of the vote, 5,938 - 2,247
They were competing for the seat left vacant by State Senator Jennifer Shilling who beat out Senator Dan Kapanke in a recall election.
