Book sale at Eau Claire public library continues Saturday

(WEAU) - If you need some new reading materials the Eau Claire public library is holding a book sale.

The Friends of the Library is hosting the book sale from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. until Saturday. You'll be able to choose from a wide variety of books ranging from non-fiction to children’s books.

Organizers say many of the books came from the library itself.

Volunteer Cleo Powers says "It's a good selection and some of it is materials that have been withdrawn from the public library but a lot of them are from donations from private people in the area. We always accept donations and we like things clean and not heavily used."

You'll find the sale on the lower level at the L.E. Phillips Public Library. If you want to donate, there's a drop box there as well.
