Boys & Girls Club cooks up Thanksgiving dinner for its members
(WEAU) - The Boys & Girls Club was in the Thanksgiving spirit a couple days early, cooking up a big Thanksgiving dinner Tuesday night.
The club invited their members and their families to a dinner with all the trimmings. The Boys & Girls VP of Operations, Tony Benedict says the meal just falls in line with what the group tries to accomplish all year round. "It goes along with what the club's all about, the kids and the families. This is some people's only thanksgiving so it's just a great event where families can come and sit down and enjoy a nice meal together," Benedict told us.
The meal was sponsored by Festival Foods and CliftonLarsonAllen.
