Businessman to have to pay back $109,000 for defrauding customers

(WEAU) - A Glenwood City man who is serving a 4 year prison sentence for defrauding customers will now have to pay them back.

The Wisconsin Department of Justice says John Rassbach will have to pay more than $109,000 for deceiving the customers through his business, Rassbach Oil Company.

In 2010, Rassbach pleaded guilty to shorting customers by pumping a portion of the fuel back into the truck, faking propane delivery invoices and presenting the same fuel delivery tickets to multiple customers.
