Charges dismissed for man in gas station robbery

(WEAU) - Charges have been dismissed against a man arrested in an armed robbery in Eau Claire.

An attorney for Bryan Hjerleid says a witness claims it was someone else who robbed the Mega Holiday gas station on Golf Road in December. The witness says the suspect also robbed the store another time.

Hjerleid's attorney also says surveillance video shows a different car at the scene, not Hjerleid's.

All three charges against him were dismissed.
