Charges filed against man involved in shooting with officers

DUNN COUNTY, Wis. (WEAU)-- A Barron County man has been charged in connection with a chase and shooting that involved law enforcement officers.

32-year-old Jared Brendel is charged in Dunn County court with 11 counts, including three counts of attempted first-degree intentional homicide.

Brendel was arrested near Ridgeland on June 3rd after a manhunt and chase he led in a stolen car.
