EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (CITY OF EAU CLAIRE SNOW UPDATE) -- SNOW UPDATE with times: A full residential plow operation is anticipated to start before 6 p.m. this evening (Tuesday) and should be completed by 7 a.m. tomorrow morning (Wednesday).

Snow started falling at 1 a.m. Tuesday morning. We expect 4-6 inches of accumulation. Crews are patrolling & salting primary routes as needed. Secondary routes will then be plowed & sanded. A full residential snow plow operation IS anticipated to start later this evening after snow has stopped.

Roads are snow covered & slippery. Please take extra time during your commutes, and give plow operators the time & space they need to complete their assigned routes safely.
