EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (CITY OF EAU CLAIRE SNOW UPDATE) -- Snow should taper off by later this afternoon with a total accumulation between 5 to 8 inches. Crews will be patrolling and salting primary arterial streets as conditions warrant, and when major arterial streets become snow covered and slippery. Secondary routes will be plowed once Ice Control routes are completed. A full residential snow plow operation IS anticipated, but the start time will be determined later this afternoon.

Please take extra time during your morning and evening commutes. Give plow operators the time and space they need to complete their assigned routes safely.
