Once he's released, Gaetz will have to comply with life time GPS requirements; comply with lifetime sex offender registration requirements; comply with supervised release rules. If he violates the rules of his supervised release he will be taken into custody and placed in confinement. Witnessed violations should be reported to the Clark County Sheriff’s Department.
NEILLSVILLE, Wis. (WEAU) -- A sheriff's department is notifying the community about a convicted sex offender who's scheduled to be released later this month.
The Clark County Sheriff's Department says Kevin Gaetz, 46, will be released on August 26. He'll live at N7147 Pelsdorf Avenue in Loyal. Court records show Gaetz was sentenced to prison for 1st Degree Sexual Assault of a Child convictions about 20 years ago. Deputies say his victims were girls and boys.
The Department of Corrections will supervise Gaetz after he's released.
