Convicted sex offender arrested for sexually assaulting 2 children
Ladysmith police say Thomas Bentley is accused of having sexual contact with 2 girls aged 7 and a 3 years old.

(WEAU) - Officers say a Ladysmith man has been arrested for sexually assaulting 2 children.
Ladysmith police say Thomas Bentley, 42, could face up to 3 counts of 1st degree sexual assault of a child. Officers say he allegedly had sexual contact with 2 girls aged 7 and a 3 years old. He appeared in court Tuesday and has been released on a signature bond.
Online court documents show he was previously convicted of sexual assault of a child back in 1991.
