EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (CITY OF EAU CLAIRE NEWS RELEASE) -- Effective immediately – The City of Eau Claire Water Utility is giving notice to utility customers, who have been running their water as a result of their water services freezing this past winter, to turn off their water. The frost in the ground should not be of any further issue, and turning off their water should not cause any loss of service.
