EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU)- Deputies in Eau Claire County are asking for your help finding a driver involved in a crash involving a stolen SUV.

The Eau Claire Sheriff’s Department says it responded to a crash Saturday in the 7500 block of North Shore Drive.

When deputies got on scene they found a burned out shell of an SUV. An investigation later revealed that SUV to be stolen.

Deputies say they did not find the driver of the SUV when they were on the scene. They say because the crash was so severe they believe the driver might have injuries.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Eau Claire Sheriff's Department or police.
