Deputies still searching for suspect in January robbery at dollar store

LADYSMITH, Wis. (RELEASE FROM RUSK COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT)-- On 01/15/14 at about 7:49 p.m., the unidentified male in the poster, entered the Ladysmith Family Dollar Store and after the male walked over to the service counter, a second unidentified male entered the store with a blue bandana covering his face, and he was brandishing a handgun. The second male approached the service counter, and while pointing the handgun at the cashier, demanded the store’s money. While the robbery was occurring, the suspected male in the poster walked to the back of the store to preoccupy the cashier’s co-worker, who was stocking shelves.

The Rusk County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying the male suspect in the poster.
