Driver charged in deadly hit-and-run is arrested again

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU)-- A not guilty plea was entered for the man accused of driving drunk and killing a man plowing snow. 65-year-old Gregory Price appeared in Eau Claire County court Wednesday.

Price is accused of hitting and killing 74-year-old Joseph Miller, who was plowing snow on an ATV last month.

Price had been free after posting a $20,000 cash bond in February, but was arrested again Monday after officers say he violated conditions of his bond. Police say Price did not provide court ordered urine samples on two separate occasions.

Price was taken back to the Eau Claire County jail.
