DURAND, Wis. (WEAU) - A man is in critical condition after he fell out of the truck he was driving.

The Pepin County Sheriff's Department says Justin Schuler, 21, from Owatonna, MN was driving along Highway 10 east of Durand when he fell out of the truck. It's believed an empty car hauler that he was pulling may have run him over.

He suffered head and upper body injuries and was flown to a hospital in Eau Claire. Pepin County Sheriff John Andrews says at last check he was in critical condition.

The truck skidded off the road, but the three other people inside were uninjured.
