Drug bust leads to arrest of three people in Sawyer County

HAYWARD, Wis. (RELEASE FROM SAWYER CO. SHERIFF'S DEPT.)-- On July 8, 2014, the Sawyer County Sheriff’s Office, in conjunction with the City of Hayward Police Department and Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigations, executed a search warrant at a residence on Kreyer Lane, Town of Hayward. Over 231 grams of alpha-PVP (bath salts) was seized at the residence.

After further investigation, a second search warrant was executed at a residence on Margaret Lane, Town of Hayward, on July 9, 2014. Over 168 grams of alpha-PVP (bath salts) was seized, along with synthetic marijuana.

Three suspects are in custody at the Sawyer County Jail reference these warrants; Rhonda Jacquinot, Michael Moreno and Paul Heidbreder, all of Hayward.

These cases will be forwarded to the Sawyer County District Attorney for charging purposes.
