Eagle Opportunities helps students find jobs and internships

LA CROSSE, Wis. (WEAU) -- An area university is providing students with a way to find job and internship opportunities.

UW La Crosse has a Website called Eagle Opportunities, which is paid for with student fees.

Alums and employers can also access the Website for free.

There have been more than 10,000 positions posted on eagle opportunities in the past year.

Users can search for internships, summer jobs, part time jobs and jobs for graduating seniors and alumni.

However, most positions are entry level, internships or student jobs.

You can also search by position type.

Any employer can post, but most of them are from the Upper Midwest.

“I think it’s a really good resource for students. It’s just one area where we can find work and opportunities to get involved, and it’s all in one space,” said Ann Zedginidze.

The site is accessed with a username and password.
