Eau Claire YMCA open for free to all affected by storm

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (RELEASE FROM EC YMCA)-- The Eau Claire YMCA has opened its doors to all affected by the recent storm. Non-members are welcome to come to the YMCA for free on Friday, February 21 (photo ID required). The main building on Graham Avenue is open until 10 PM tonight.

“So many people in our community are without power because of the storm. We want to be able to give them a place to come to be warm, shower, charge their phones and have fun,” says Suzie Slota, Director of Development.

Since 1881, the Eau Claire YMCA has been meeting the needs of people in the Chippewa Valley. We stand for youth development, health living and social responsibility.
