Eau Claire woman hospitalized after motorcycle crash

UNION TOWNSHIP, Wis. (WEAU) -- A 21-year-old Eau Claire woman was sent to the hospital after crashing her motorcycle in Union Township.

It happened Saturday around 11 a.m. on Highway 10, just west of 330th Avenue.

The Pierce County Sheriff’s Department said Christin Fenter ran her motorcycle off a curve.

Deputies say the motorcycle crashed into some trees and she was thrown off.

Fenter was airlifted to Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire. Her condition wasn’t immediately available.

The crash is under investigation by the Pierce Co. Sheriff's Dept. and the Wisconsin State Patrol.
