(WEAU) - The School District of Eleva-Strum is looking to go digital over the next few years.
The school board has decided to start implementing devices like iPads and digital text books into its curriculum and has begun the process of training teachers and students how to use them. The district says teachers have been working hard to integrate the new technology.
The school district’s Tech Coordinator J.B. Grangaard says "We have a great staff that were great teachers before, and now with these new tools, they're finding more innovative ways to help their students achieve their potential.”
He says the project is part of a strategic plan that will take place over the next few years.
