CHIPPEWA FALLS, Wis. (WEAU) -- A fire at a business caused nearly $2,000 in damage Tuesday morning.

It happened at Great Northern Corporation on Palmer Street in Chippewa Falls. The Chippewa Falls Fire Department says it responded before 10 a.m. Tuesday, and found a fire in a wall of the business. Crews had to rip out part of the wall. They had the fire out in about 10 minutes. The building was evacuated. People were let back inside about a half-hour later.

Nobody was hurt. Firefighters believe a malfunctioning grinder caused the fire.
