(WEAU) - The Red Cross is helping a Jackson County family following a fire.
It says a fire destroyed a mobile home in Hixton Friday afternoon and the American Red Cross Scenic Bluffs Chapter sent a volunteer to get the family food, clothing and health services. The couple who lived there is staying with family.
