Firefighter battle shed fire in Augusta

AUGUSTA, Wis. (WEAU) -- Neighbors in Augusta woke up to a shed fire Saturday morning.

The Augusta-Bridge Creek Fire Chief said it started around 7:30 a.m. at a home on Washington Street.

Fall Creek Fire crews were also called into help fight the fire. Crews say a piece of equipment running in the shed may have started the fire.

Two homes near the shed had some siding damage. The shed, which carried tools, shovels and other yard equipment, is a total loss.

No one was hurt. The fire took a little more than an hour to put out.
