NEILLSVILLE, Wis. (WEAU) -- A former Abbotsford High School teacher is accused of having sexual contact with two students while he worked for the school.

Prosecutors filed charges of Sexual Assault of a Student by School Staff against Andy Follen, 25, of Spencer on Monday. He's free on a $2,500 cash bond. A criminal complaint shows that two female students told police that they had sexual contact with Follen in 2013. It also says that more than one of the encounters happened at the school, where Follen taught math.

The complaint goes on to say that Follen submitted a resignation letter on January 24. That's when officers started investigating. Follen is expected to appear in court next month.
