Free rides to Eau Claire library offered on Tuesdays, Thursdays during the summer

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) -- For two days each week, children and teenagers can ride the bus to the library in Eau Claire for free.

The Friends of the L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library in Eau Claire and the Eau Claire Transit System are offering the free rides on Tuesdays and Thursdays through August 28. Adults that ride with the children or teenagers have to pay regular bus fare. Eau Claire Transit asks that groups of 15 or more call in advance.
