Gang member and others arrested in Mondovi drug investigation

MONDOVI, Wis. (WEAU) -- Three people were arrested in Buffalo County in connection to a drug and weapon bust.

The Buffalo Co. Sheriff's Office said 35-year-old Aaron A. Addison of Mondovi, 28-year-old Jacquelyn S. Douglas of Mondovi and 33-year-old Glynn C. Garnett of Mondovi were all arrested between Friday, March 14 and Saturday, March 15.

The three were arrested as the result of an ongoing drug investigation between the sheriff's office and Mondovi Police Dept.

Deputies say drug agents arrested Addison, who is a "Gangster Disciples" member, for delivery of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.

Deputies say Addison had more than one pound of marijuana packaged into 148 baggies.

Following his arrest, Garnett was also arrested for felon in possession of a firearm and probation violations. He was in possession of handgun.

Deputies say Douglas was arrested on charges of maintaining a drug trafficking house and possession of controlled substances.

The office said other arrests are expected as a result of this investigation.
