Governor Walker visits Eau Claire to speak at annual dinner

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) -- Governor Scott Walker was back in Eau Claire on Friday night.

He spoke at the annual Lincoln Day dinner hosted by the Republican Party of Eau Claire County.

It was held at the Clarion Inn Campus on Craig Road in Eau Claire.

The governor spoke about unemployment, jobs and also focused on the importance of the coming months leading up to the election.

Several other political leaders also attended the event as well.
