NEW INFORMATION: Victim in deadly hit-and-run crash identified

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) -- We now know the name of the man killed in a hit-and-run crash Monday afternoon.

On Tuesday, the Eau Claire Police Department identified him as Joseph Miller, 74, of Eau Claire. Eau Claire police say Gregory Price, 65, was driving a van west on W. Folsom Street when he hit and killed Miller just before 5 p.m. Monday. Miller was plowing snow on an ATV at the time of the crash. Witnesses say Price got out, inspected the damaged van, then took off. Several people followed him from Folsom to Kane Road. Price continued onto State Highway 312, where the Eau Claire County Sheriff's Department caught him.

Price is expected to go before the judge Wednesday morning.
