MAZOMANIE, Wis. (AP) -- On a moonlit night in July, investigators say, two Wisconsin men quietly buried Matthew Graville in the woods near Lone Rock.

For four months the 27-year-old autistic man's body lay under the earth before detectives finally discovered him last month, revealing what investigators say was a horrific case of torture and abuse.

Prosecutors have accused Graville's half brother, Jeffrey Vogelsberg, of killing him in a culmination of beatings that had been going on for months. He's expected to appear at an extradition hearing in Washington state on Thursday.

Prosecutors also have charged Vogelsberg's landlord, Robert McCumber, with helping bury Graville's body and Vogelsberg's mother with using the dead man's food stamp cards.
