Health department looking for dog that bit young girl

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (EAU CLAIRE CITY-COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEWS RELEASE) -- The Eau Claire City-County Health Department is looking for a dog that bit a young girl on Monday, January 13 at approximately 3:30 P.M. The bite occurred in the dog park, located at 4805 House Drive.

The dog is described as a full grown Boxer type dog, with black and brown fur and a large white spot on its chest. The dog was with a younger couple. The male is described as having a beard and red hair.
The health and rabies status of the dog needs to be determined. If anyone has information about this animal, they should contact the Eau Claire Communications Center at 715-839-4972.
