INFO FROM KARE 11:

RIVER FALLS, Wis. - Prosecutors will soon have access to all the mental health records of the Wisconsin father accused of killing his daughters.

That was the ruling of a judge Thursday in Aaron Schaffhausen's case.

Schaffhausen has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity in the deaths of his five, 8 and 11 year old daughters last July.

The defense argued there aren't many records because Schaffhausen refuses to speak.
