Eau Claire, WIS. (WEAU)-Eau Claire Police arrest a woman Tuesday after a reported theft at a gas station on June 18.
Officers say the theft happened at the Bridge Stop gas station on Clairemont Avenue. 42-year-old Brenda J. Jolicoeur of Eau Claire was arrested for theft. Police say during the investigation it was found that there was no weapon or threat of force used, however, Jolicoeur did leave the store with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police say they identified Jolicoeur using the video surveillance that was obtained during the investigation. When interviewed, Jolicoeur admitted to taking the money.

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) – Police have released surveillance photos in hopes of finding the suspect in an incident that was reported as a robbery Monday night.
Eau Claire Police say there was no weapon involved or threat of force when a woman left the Bridge Stop gas station on West Clairemont Avenue with an unknown amount of money. Detectives are investigating, and call the incident a criminal matter.
The suspect is described as a white female, 5’03”–5’06”, with a heavier build and blonde hair.

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) – Officers in Eau Claire have responded to a gas station robbery late Monday night.
It happened at the Bridge Stop on Stein and Clairemont a little before 9:30 p.m. Police say a woman went into the store, did not show a weapon, but demanded money and then left the store heading south.
Police say they do not know what the woman got away with as of 10:30 Monday night. They say are looking for a white female, about 5’5’’ tall, heavy build, between 35 and 45 years old. They say she has blond hair in a pony tail, and was wearing a white hat with a blue brim, as well as a blue buttoned up long sleeve shirt. They also say she is carrying a red and black duffle bag.
