Kitchen fire damages mobile home in Eau Claire
Eau Claire, Wis. (WEAU) - A mobile home is badly damaged after a kitchen fire quickly spread.
The Eau Claire Fire Department responded to 3323 Seymour Rd. Wednesday night, and was able to put the flames out.
A mother and two kids were able to get out of the home unharmed.
While the incident is under investigation, it's assumed that the cause of the fire was unattended items cooking on the stove.
The cost of the damage is estimated to be $6,500.
