FOND DU LAC, Wis. (AP) -- A Rusk County man is accused of exposing two young sisters to pornographic materials, and punishing one by dunking her head in hot water.

A Reporter Media report says the 53-year-old Ladysmith man is charged with child abuse and exposing children to harmful materials.

Prosecutors say he threatened to spank one girl if she didn't watch a pornographic movie. She told investigators the suspect has punished her by dunking her head or spanking her with a belt or wooden spoon.

The younger sister told detectives she saw the man dunk her older sister's head in hot water, and when the younger girl screamed he threatened to beat her "twice as hard." Both girls were under 7.

A message left with the man's public defender Tuesday was not immediately returned.
