Loan program for "facelift" expands to more businesses in Eau Claire
EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) -- Small business owners in the city of Eau Claire will now be able to get a "facelift" for their business because of an expanded loan program.
The city says the former Army Navy store located on Hastings Way recently got a facelift after Impact Advertising bought the building and used the loan to give the building a new look.
The Commercial Center Facade Loan was originally for just downtown businesses.
But now the city says it is open to other commercial areas in Eau Claire.
The $5000 to $30,000 loan boats interest free for up to 15 years.
